About
Hudson Valley Shakespeare opens its 2027 season with A Midsummer Night's Dream, directed by Ryan Quinn, running June 2 through September 25 at the company's open-air theatre in Garrison, New York. Forty years after the play launched the festival, the company returns to it: four young lovers lose their way in an enchanted forest, a troupe of amateur actors stumbles into the supernatural, and Puck turns love upside down under the spell of Oberon and Titania. The production marks the festival's anniversary with the comedy it was founded on.
